1. Ownership

All content submitted by users (e.g., text, images, audio, video, artwork, or other media) remains the intellectual property of the original creator. By submitting letters, and/or photos, you grant us the permission to publish it and share it as we deem appropriate on any and all platforms.

By submitting work to this website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute the content on our website and in related promotional materials, including social media, email newsletters, books and all formats. By sharing your letters, you grant us permission to share and promote your content with a broader audience.

We will credit authors and creators by name (or username/pseudonym, as provided), unless you request anonymity. You have the choice to use your full name, partial name, nick name or just sign anonymous.

Submissions are made voluntarily and without expectation of compensation. Currently, we do not offer monetary compensation for guest submissions. Submissions are voluntary and made with the understanding that they may be used to support the growth of our community and platform.

If your submission includes personal stories involving other individuals, you are responsible for obtaining their consent, or you must anonymize their identities.
