What is Anxiety? I believe anxiety is FEAR. Fear of feeling we have no control. Do we really have control over anything? Any situation? They tell us the only thing we have control over is how we choose to feel in any situation. How many of us even have control over our feelings? I believe most of us get triggered easily and quite often throughout the day. Taking our fears and anxieties out on the World around us unconsciously. Even shrinking ourselves, hiding or missing out on possibly enjoyable moments over our Fears. Maybe over the unknown situations that could possibly unfold that most likely will not. Our beautiful imaginations are not a good friend in many of these events.
Have you always struggled with anxiety?
At what age do you feel it started or do you feel you were born with it?
Was there an event or moment in your life that this began for you?
How has anxiety showed up to you and affected your life?
What would you like to share with others that has helped you?
If you could write a letter to Anxiety, what would you say to it?
I have only experienced situational depression in my life. Occasionally, situations appear that debilitate you into hiding, sadness, mental and physical exhaustion, isolation, uncontrollable crying and physical illness. Just to share a few.
These difficult moments are quite uncomfortable to sit in. I cannot image these beautiful souls that experience this daily. Living and reliving a constant loop of too many sad emotions. How is it possible to function and do all the things life requires of us daily?
To everyone experiencing this, I send you all my love for your strength and endurance.
We are so glad you are still here with us!
Please share what your life is like with Depression.

For the ones of us that grew up with this, never diagnosed and were always in trouble. We were never a stranger to detention and got to know our Principals quite intimately growing up. Not in a fun way! We were always in trouble and never quite knew why or how?
This was mirrored thru my daughters childhood. She was diagnosed with ADD and ADHD. We decided to face this not medicated. Still not sure this was the right decision for our family? We chose the high vitamin route prescribed by a Holistic Psychiatrist. Removed all food coloring from her diet. Learned running before bed helped wear out her body and mind to rest better. She continued this on her own into adulthood.
I saw so much of myself in her, relived. She has an amazing creative mind and did not do well in our structured school systems. Sitting at desks all day felt like torture. She worked very hard to excelled in all subjects. Grades were not important in our home because I saw the extreme effort she poured into her work. She was clean and quite organized, but could never remember to bring the important things home to do. Like her books and homework. She would spend the whole night pouring her heart into a paper, then to forget to put it in her bag to turn in the next day. We would study and memorize a whole chapter, just to have it vanish from her memory and need to start over. Everyday was difficult! I wished I had gathered more tools to support her more. I did the best I could with what I knew at the time.
Maybe your life, child or loved one was different than ours with this? Maybe this story sounds familiar?
What is your story with ADD/ADHD? Do you suffer with this? Do you have a child or loved one with this?
Did you decide to use medication? Did it help?
What tools and knowledge would you share with others that worked for you?
What would you write in a letter to ADD/ADHD?
PTSD hurts my heart. If someone has been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder then when know that they have experienced or witnessed something horrific beyond understanding. These experiences leave many daily scars and symptoms on an endless loop of reliving their event. This affects their nervous system and strips away the feeling of safety during wake and sleep. I pray that everyone diagnosed with this finds their safety and peace in their mind and body.
I feel there is not a lot of understanding around the topic of PTSD unless you have a loved one affect by this or if this is your story.
I have met multitudes of Veterans who have served our Country and returned home changed and tormented. Thanking them for their service does not feel like enough for their sacrifices. How can we support and help heal them for a peaceful life?
Whether you witnessed a horrific event, something horrible happened to you or you came home from Service to our Country changed?
Lets help bring understanding, normalcy and compassion for everyone suffering in this way.
Please share your story, struggles and what has helped you.

The beautiful mind that comes with the label of Autism! I am amazed with the access to knowledge with our verbal and non-verbal loved ones. It feels almost as if they are part of a magical club we were not invited to. Are these beautiful ones granted access to gifts we have not evolved into yet? Are they more evolved from birth?
Our non verbal friends seem to have access to our thoughts and can connect to each other on their own spiritual, wireless system of Telepathy.
What is their purpose here in this time?
What have they come to teach and show us?
Why are the numbers with Autism growing in our children more than ever before?
Do you believe their vaccines have anything to do with this as some say?
Where you gifted one of these special children?
What have they taught you?
What is your story with Autism?
